Arun Kumar Malik is BE in Electronics, PGDBA ,Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from MotorolaArun University & Master Black Belt , Certified ISO 9000 Lead Assessor, CII Exim Award Assessor, TL 9000 Auditor and ISO 27001 Auditor. He has Illustrated and Championed excellence for large corporations using Total Quality Management, Six Sigma, Change Management, Process Management, Process certification and SQC/SPC tools, for over 3 decades.

He studied quality from Japan and he is decipel of Ishikawa. He has worked with Steven Covey, Sumantro Ghohsal and Prof Kondo on various change initiatives in India. He is Executive director for Quest international Forum, India Chapter, which is instrumental in facilitating deployment of quality and related fields like ISO 9000 and TL 9000 in telecom industry across the world. Arun has participated in many quality management programs and presented papers across the globe.

He is the recipient of many awards and the highlight is the DL Shah award for achieving and sustaining economies through Business Excellence initiative in the country .The award is coordinated by The Quality Council of India (PM's office) and given by His Excellency, The President Of India, Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam in 2007.

Sunila Gupta is B Tech in Electronics, PGDBM, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, SunilaITIL Foundation Trained professional. She has over a decade of rich experience with large corporations for Six Sigma Deployment, Process Designing & Reengineering, Change Management, ERP, CRM and Transformation Management, End to End Workflow Automation, ITIL framework implementation, BPMS, Process Monitoring and Audit and Training.

Sunila is the recipient of many reputed external awards and highlight among them are QCI DL Shah Award by President of India Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam for Best Six Sigma Project of India 2007, CII National Six Sigma Award (RICCO Trophy) 2006, SAKAAL Academia Award from SCMHRD 2006. Sunila has Tenacity and Strong Subject Control as a Trainer and Subject Matter Expert.
